Shipping Policy
At Everbreed, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping options, and other important information regarding your order.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out based on the shipping option you selected at checkout.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping.
- Next Day Shipping (1 business day): Need it right away? Next-day shipping is available on select items.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather or natural disasters).
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. Everbreed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help you, but once an order is shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In cases where the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will review and either issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Hazardous materials, perishable items, and certain oversized products may have additional shipping restrictions.
